Op Zondag 14/3 krijgt JCI Belgium onverwachts bezoek van Marfred Pranada (JCI Philippines), JCI Training Commissioner voor Area B en een van de weinige International Training Fellows. Marfred is op doorreis in Europa en heeft voorgesteld om dan een JCI Admin training te geven. Dit is een leuke en nuttige training voor iedereen die een lokale verantwoordelijkheid (alle bestuursfuncties) opneemt binnen JCI.
Dit is trouwens de eerste keer dat deze training gegeven wordt in België.
Heb je een bestuursfunctie en wil je dit jaar nog een extraatje voorzien, of ben je geïnteresseerd om volgend jaar een bestuursfunctie op te nemen, dan kan je je tot nu donderdag 11/3 inschrijven via JCI.CC.

De officiële inhoud:
Module 1 - Opening: Welcome and Introduction Session.
Module 2 - Local Management: Sound management is the key to success for local organizations. This session covers the requirements for an affiliated JCI Local Organization along with the responsibilities of the local officers.
Module 3 - Local Administration: This module discusses the need and the purpose of a Local Organization Constitution and an efficient structure that provides opportunities for all members in the management and leadership ladder and covers all other aspects of Local Organization administration, such as legal issues, communications, public relations, finances, records, awards and recognition.
Module 4 - Local Meetings: Conducting effective meetings ensures that the decision making process within the Local Organization is productive and ensures effective chairmanship by all members in attendance. This session covers effective chairmanship, agenda planning, the different types of meetings and the parliamentary procedures used in meetings to effect the decision making process.
Module 5 - Local Opportunities: For a local organization to achieve great success and constantly provide opportunities for young people it must be constantly watching the movement and rotation of its officers to ensure all members receive the leadership opportunities that will empower them to become active citizens and be able to create positive change.
Module 6 - Local Planning: One of the main keys to success for a Local Organization is the program of events it is conducting to attract the intended target market of its membership. This session covers the essential planning that a Local Organization needs to complete each year to ensure the needs of its membership are met including the flexibility required to allow changes to the program to accommodate the changing membership within the Local Organization.
Module 7 - Local Activities: This module covers the need for worthy community projects for a Local Organization to fulfill JCI’s mission to provide opportunities for your people. Every Local Organization needs to function effectively and needs a system that is clear and concise, understood at all levels of its operations, easily communicable, and, above all, enhances the achievement of the organization's objectives.
Module 8 - Closing: Open Forum and Certification.
